BIOGRAPHY

Constantine is a Supreme Court Lawyer and Founding Partner of VG Lawyers. He graduated from the National and Kapodestrian University of Athens School of Law with High Honors. He holds an LLM in International Commercial Law from the University of Kent Law School in the UK.

He has been practicing law both as a legal advisor as well as an attorney actively trying cases in a court of law, having represented numerous cases before national civil and administrative courts of all instances as well as the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU). He specializes in Public Contracts Law, Spatial and Urban Planning Law, Corporate Law, and Food and Beverage Law. He has many years of experience in handling FIDIC contracts (White Book, Red Book, Yellow Book, etc.) as a legal advisor for major contracting firms and consulting engineer firms for large-scale complex construction projects in Greece and abroad.

Constantine has carried out numerous legal studies and provided consultations mostly for entities of the public and private sector and well as for the European Commission.

He is fluent in English (level C2) and has a good knowledge of French (level B2).

He is a correspondent of the European Advisory Service (EAS) on issues concerning Greek and EU Food and Beverage Law. He is also a member of the Hellenic Society for Technology and Construction Law (EMEDITEKA), the Association of Greek Commercialists, the University of Kent at Canterbury Society, and the British Graduates Society.
