VGLAWYERS advised JV SALFO-HILL-SETEC on its participation in the tender launched by HELLINIKON METRO to provide Technical Consultancy Services in relation to metro projects in the Thessaloniki Region. The case involved the application of Law no.4412/2016 on Public Works, Procurement and Services (adaptation to Directives 2014/24/EU and 2014/25/EU) and the formation of a JV under Greek Law for the purposes of executing the services contract.
