VGLAWYERS advises SALFO on the conclusion of a Memorandum of Understanding with the Libyan Reconstruction Fund

VGLAWYERS had the privilege of advising SALFO Engineering & Management on the conclusion of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Libyan Reconstruction Fund, within the framework of the recent Greek business mission to Benghazi.

This mission marks the first substantive step towards a broad restart of the Greek business presence in Libya and was accompanied by the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, Mr. Haris Theocharis.

During the Libyan-Greek Reconstruction and Development Forum held in Benghazi, a total of 21 memoranda of understanding were signed by an equal number of Greek companies with the Libyan Reconstruction Fund, paving the way for projects across key sectors including energy, networks, telecommunications, infrastructure, health, agri-food and digital infrastructure.
