VGLAWYERS advises Growthfund on the renovation of the Athens Student Residence

VGLAWYERS had the privilege of legally advising the National Fund of Greece (Growthfund) in the contracting process for the renovation and upgrading of the Athens Student Residence, a landmark project aimed at significantly improving student housing infrastructure in Greece.

Our team supported the full tendering and contracting process for the project, from the launch of the procurement procedure through to contract signing, which was successfully completed within a record timeframe of approximately five (5) months. The project concerns the comprehensive renovation of the Athens Student Residence, including substantial construction, refurbishment and modernization works, with the objective of upgrading living conditions, safety standards and energy performance.
