VGLAWYERS acted as legal advisor to the Technical Consultant of HRADF for the upgrading of 80 hospitals nationwide

VGLAWYERS is proud to announce its pivotal role as legal advisor to SALFO & Associates, the Technical Consultant of the Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund S.A. (HRADF), in the transformative project to upgrade the facilities of 80 hospitals across Greece.

Over the past two years, VGLAWYERS provided comprehensive legal support, contributing to every stage of the project—from the launch of the tenders and the evaluation of bids to the signing of the design and works contracts in accordance with article 50 of Law 4412/2016.

In November 2024, this significant initiative reached a major milestone with the successful completion of the tender process for 80 hospital upgrades. VGLAWYERS is honored to have been part of such a monumental effort to enhance the country’s healthcare infrastructure.
