VGLAWYERS participates in the Growthfund Investor Summit 2026 and acts as legal counsel to the Independent Engineer for the Kalamata International Airport Concession

VGLAWYERS participated in the Growthfund Investor Summit 2026, held on 22 June 2026, during which the Concession Agreement for the development and operation of Kalamata International Airport “Captain Vassilis Constantakopoulos” was officially signed between the Hellenic Republic, Growthfund as Grantor, the concession company Kalamata Airport S.A.

The signing of the 40-year concession agreement marks the beginning of a new development era for Kalamata International Airport and constitutes a major milestone for Messinia and the wider Peloponnese region.

VGLAWYERS is proud to serve as legal counsel to the Independent Engineer under the concession agreement and to support the successful implementation of a project of strategic importance for Greece’s infrastructure, connectivity and tourism sectors.
