Advising private investors on the construction of Mykonos Marina Galleria

VGLAWYERS advised private investors in connection with the construction contract and the supervision of works of Mykonos Marina Galleria, a landmark commercial development located above the New Marina of Mykonos in Tourlos, one of the island’s most prominent locations serving the luxury yachting community.

The project concerns a 520 sqm prime commercial space overlooking the New Marina, designed to accommodate high-end retail, dining or hospitality uses, benefiting from strong visibility and year-round activity linked to the port and marina operations.

VGLAWYERS prepared the construction agreement and advised the client throughout the execution phase until the taking-over of the works.
