VGLAWYERS advised Public Power Corporation S.A. (PPC) on the Update of its Procurement Regulation (RWSS/KEPY)

VGLAWYERS advised Public Power Corporation S.A. (PPC), the leading electricity producer and supplier in Greece, on the update of its Regulation for Works, Supplies and Services (RWSS/KEPY), which sets out the internal framework governing PPC’s procurement procedures for works, supplies and services.

The updated RWSS aims to ensure transparent, fair and competitive procurement processes, while promoting environmental protection and sustainable development and facilitating the efficient planning, tendering and award of contracts.

The project team was led by founding partner, Constantine Vrettos, who continues to advise PPC on the development and modernization of the procurement and contractual framework supporting the company’s investment program in new forms of electricity generation and energy infrastructure.
