Advising PAPADATOS S.A. on international trademark application before WIPO

Associate Athanasios Andriopoulos advised PAPADATOS S.A. in relation to the filing of an international trademark application directly before the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) under the Madrid System, with extension in Morocco.

PAPADATOS S.A. is a design and manufacturing group founded in 1990 by Georgios and Nasos Papadatos. Originally established as a sofa-producing company, it has since successfully expanded its activities into a wider range of furniture design and manufacturing fields.

The application was filed directly through WIPO, while PAPADATOS S.A. also benefited from the EUIPO SME Fund 2026, which provides financial support for small and medium-sized enterprises covering up to 50% of the official trademark filing fees.
