VGLAWYERS advises SALFO on PMC role for the renovation of the Peace and Friendship Stadium

VGLAWYERS advised SALFO and Associates S.A. on undertaking the role of Project Management Consultant (PMC) for the renovation of the Peace and Friendship Stadium (Stadio Eirinis kai Filias – SEF) in Piraeus.

The project forms part of the concession granted in 2025 by the Greek State to Olympiacos BC for the use and operation of the stadium for a period of 49 years. Under the concession framework, Olympiacos BC will undertake the full transformation of the stadium into a modern basketball arena, based on its own design and development plans.

VGLAWYERS team advised on contractual matters in connection with SALFO’s appointment as Project Management Consultant (PMC) for this landmark redevelopment, based on the FIDIC Services Model.
