Our team advised on all aspects of the transaction, providing full-scope support throughout the due diligence and the negotiations of the purchase agreement. The team was led by Constantine Vrettos, Founding Partner. The new headquarters will be located next to Office Complex Hub26 in the Thessaloniki port area.
