BIOGRAPHY

Vikentia – Anna Benaki is a lawyer, member of the Athens Bar Association since 2018 and Junior Associate at VG Lawyers. She graduated from the National and Kapodestrian University of Athens, School of Law, with First Class Honors (9.06), declared first from her year (2014). She holds an LL.M. in History and Theory of Law (specialization in Philosophy of Law) from the National and Kapodestrian University of Athens, School of Law, with Upper-Second Class Honors (8.00) (2017). Lastly, she is an excellent graduate of the Educational Program “Criminological Psychology” of the Training and Lifelong Learning Center of the National and Kapodestrian University of Athens, Psychiatric Medical School.

Anna’s main field of activity is Civil Law, Contract Law, Commercial Law, Administrative Law, as well as Human Rights Law. In the past, she has worked at the National Bank of Greece as a trainee lawyer (2015-2016), as well as in prominent law offices in Athens as a lawyer, handling cases before the civil, criminal and administrative courts (2018-2021). She has attended numerous certified training conferences and seminars, mainly in the field of Ιnternational Criminal Law, as well as in the field of Philosophy of Law and Human Rights, held by the Athens Bar Association, The European and International Criminal Law Institute, the Foundation of the Greek Parliament for Parliamentarianism and Democracy, the Center for European Constitutional Law (Themistoklis and Dimitris Tsatsos Foundation) etc.

Anna is a proficient user of the English language (level C2) and a good user of the German language (level B2).
